They helped out tremendously and got me the right stuff I needed to get her approved to get help. “Used Griswold for my son's wedding. We were coming from out of town to Chicago and did not know who was the best pick. We needed an aide for my dad who is in a wheelchair and needed help dressing and getting to the church plus reception. Edmond was 5 star. We really made the best choice. “Our family have worked with few big home care companies to take care of our grandma but never been quite satisfied with the quality, attention and personal touch. Friend of mine mentioned about Affinity Home Care who's been taking care of his grandpa for couple years as live-in care providers and that on going attention to detail and a personal touch really been amazing him. I decided to call. The woman who runs this company has been a caregiver herself for over 15 years, has also worked at the hospital, is a Certified Senior Care Auditor as well as Licensed Employment Councelor. She explained that the company has three state licenses which allows them to offer clients options in getting a caregiver: one option is to hire an agency to provide the care which means that family is not liable for anything including professional liability, insurance if caregiver gets hurt on the job, bond, employment taxes, on going training, supervision,unemployment insurance, supervision. The other option is to hire a caregiver privately and paying an agency one time fee and after that paying caregiver directly with unlimited replacements for the same kind of care at no charge to the family. We've been with the company for a little over 10 months and are really happy, my grandpa really likes the caregiver company assigned and all my family feels relieved for the first time after a while. Their prices for the service we've been receiving are really decent. I've recommended them to my coworker who used them to find a caregiver and hire her privately. Her report back to me was that she was highly satisfied. I highly recommend this company for any home care needs.“

“We needed to find 24-hour care for my mom in hospice, starting At 6pm on a Friday evening. Traycee was the only service to call us back out of 6 or 7 that we tried, and we had a caregiver by 9pm that evening. Every single person who worked those final12 days of my mom’s life was dedicated and caring. I was able to phone screen each person to ensure I felt comfortable, and when there wasn’t a good fit, a replacement was found immediately. The responsiveness and caring of the entire team was impressive. Highly recommend for families in need of these services!“
