I just discovered Tax Associates this year and I am beyond grateful ?Harold was professional and kind. He answered my questions and was very supportive. Everything was done in a timely manner and I learned a lot in the process! Highly recommend! I have been through multiple tax preparers the last few years and Tax Associates are definitely the best I have encountered! Also, I would like to mention that they can help you if you are not an Illinois resident and from another state because that was something I was looking for in a tax preparer.

We have been using the same tax service for years in another state. I kept saying I wanted to switch to someone closer and kept putting it off. I asked a military friend for a referral, and I am so happy I did. Scheduling was very easy. Evelyn completed our taxes. She was GREAT. She asked so many questions to get to know our complex situation and her communication and follow up was spot on! I am so glad I found this place and I highly recommend!
