Had a leaky basement anytime it rained. Sump pumps always firing off every 3-5 minutes even weeks after a rainy day. Had big name "foundation repair/waterproofing companies come out and heard 3 separate opinions and solutions, all of which were 5 digits and all were different. The expected fear pitch was presented to me, trying to convince me that my walls were caving in and carbon fiber straps and injecting the cracks would solve all my problems and "doesn't matter whats happening with the water if it doesnt seep in". In the process of selling our house the difficult buyers wanted everything over inspected. Hence the structural report being done for zero issues. Bill came out quickly. Opening in his schedule, so the day after I called! What a relief. Professional and friendly , took the time to inspect the whole house, not just the one basement crack the buyers' inspector wrote up as a possible issue. Explained what everything was, how the cracks were normal, and nothing to worry about. He took what was a very stressful situation for me and calmed my nerves each step of the way. The report was emailed quickly. Photos taken, and written in a way that wasn't confusing.
