Dr. Dowell gave me the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. I went here for the first time after years going elsewhere. I explained my chronic issues, the staff and technicians listened, and Dr. Dowell went above and beyond to figure out the issue. I recommend them completely and am so happy to have a great vision practice!
I hate to post this, because I'm a longtime customer, and I love the doctors but apparently their pricing policy has changed since the last time I was there. For my yearly eye exam I was charged $10.00 for "wellness" whatever that is, $35.00 for "refraction", $90.00 for "Routine Vision Exam EST" and $150.00 for "SCL Eval Toric." ( I didn't need my eyes dilated, my retinal doctor does that ) When I called for an explanation the staff lady, who is very nice, explained that the $90.00 was for a "glasses" exam and the extra $150.00 is a separate charge for a "contacts" exam. Dr. Dowell was amazing & very thorough will my 14 year olds exam. We also received excellent service by everyone including great help with ordering glasses. Everyone is incredibly friendly & helpful!!
