Lazzaretto construction company recently completed another renovation project for my family. We have been returning to Chris for our work since 2010 because of his thorough planning, craftsmanship, time to completion, reasonable costs, and honesty. In addition to these important qualities, Chris is especially proficient at keeping one informed of the status of the project. I consider communication very important and Chris does this extremely well. The projects included demo and rebuild of a garage, finishing two basements, remodeling bathrooms/kitchen/family room/laundry, and the expansion of a garage which required major structural engineering. I’ve worked with Chris and the Lazzaretto team off and on for 8 years on our personal renovations as well as home flips. They are wonderful to work with. Very professional, and dedicated to staying on budget and within time constraints. Chris and his subs can be trusted to do what they say they will do, which I’ve found is very rare with contractors! The quality of their work is very high end and Chris takes great pride in his projects. Can’t recommend enough!
