Went here with a close friend. The registration staff were very nice to her and offered her easy registration on her phone. The wait time was rather short and the water dispenser a must have for both of us who drink a lot of water in a day. In the clinic room the clinic staff offered her plenty of time to discuss her issues and make sure every concern was handled. The nurse and the physician were extremely kind in handling a high complexity patient. She elected to have a skin tag removal done which was nearly painless, which hasn't been her prior experiences. This was my initial visit. My first impression was what a beautiful office! Fortunately, I was as equally impressed by Dr. Simon who took her time in examining me from scalp to toes while explaining everything she was doing along the way. I actually remarked to her that I never had a more comprehensive exam where everything was explained so clearly. An added benefit was the medication that I requested was immediately filled by their in-house pharmacy. I was completely satisfied with the doctor, her assistant and the pharmacy person. This level of service is not something we often experience nowadays.
Hannah Heimdal the certified physician assistant at Derick Dermatology, is a first-class, caring and very intelligent individual.I would absolutely recommend my family and friends knowing from beginning to end, that they are in very good hands.Thanks again Hannah and to the entire staff!!?
