I just love Dr Jess! I've been seeing her for about 4 years for chiropractic care and despite the commute to get to her now, I won't see anyone else. She takes time with me and will take care of any problem areas I have on a given visit. I don't feel rushed through in any way. She has state of the art equipment and is constantly learning and growing her business/care. I brought my 7 month old son to her for care after PT stopped helping him and she was so gentle and careful with his care! She helped get him back in alignment and fully relieved of the tightness on his left side due to birth trauma. Can't say enough good things about Dr Jess! Highly, highly recommend!
Without Dr. Katie Niebur, I wouldn’t be able to function. She is an angel in the form of a human. Dr. Niebur is extremely educated on anatomy, chiropractic, and naturopathic medicine, and much more. Thank you for literally (no exaggeration) changing my life for the better.
Dr Jess and her team are the best! Not only do they know their stuff, they are so caring and the energy at the office is so positive. I have been visiting 1st choice for 4 years. I had sever hip pain for years and after working with Jess I am pain free! I also had a should sports injury and I saw Dr Katie for dry needling and it worked! I was honestly skeptical that it could help.... but it truly did! Oh, and I highly recommend visiting for ongoing adjustments too. I leave feeling uplifted, light and happy. Can't recommend Dr Jess and Dr Katie enough!
