After the passing of my previous cat, I knew I wanted to try out a new vet clinic. After adopting a new cat, Otter, with a bum leg I decided to try taking him to Lena for his first check up. They were patient with my questions and did a thorough check up where they discovered he needed a dental. I am so impressed with the debrief of his surgery, what to expect for aftercare, and just overall time they took to explain everything was something I can say the last clinic I used severely lacked. I am very grateful to this clinic and feel like I will always walk away from there feeling informed and that my pet was taken care of!
What a phenomenal experience here. Normally I feel a little uncomfortable, but not here one bit. Got the special for my lady and she was overly happy with her experience as well. Would highly recommend if you need to reduce stress, back pain, or if you need a little pampering.

They did really good work. Showed up on time. Only one minor miscommunication. I was quoted $75 per hour and they charged us $80 per hour; not a big deal.
I highly recommend ProTech! We’ve used them multiple times for plumbing repairs and they did great work. Today I called them for a furnace repair and they were onsite with the part I needed in only about 90 minutes. While fixing this problem they discovered another one and were able to repair it quickly as well. All of this after going without heat for 7 days, waiting for a different company to get the part needed for the repair. (I can’t imagine how long I might have had to wait if I just stayed with the first company!) ProTech is affordable, personable, straightforward, and reliable. Definitely give them a call!
Sales rep was very professional and answered all my questions. The crew that did the floor were hard working and did an excellent job. Very happy with the quality. There was a mix up on the color at first but there was no problem getting it straightened out.
