The physician was very patient and answered all of my questions- and I had a lot. The staff was so friendly and they helped me pick out frames and even helped look up coupons on my EyeMed app! Never had any other optical store experience as good as this one.
A few weeks back I had an eye exam with Dr Ruiz. He was helpful in pointing me to some other solutions and ophthalmologists for an issue I was having. I came back in a few weeks later to get some eyeglasses adjusted I purchased from an east coast store. The sales associate helped me adjust three eyeglasses for better fit at no cost!! Very kind, friendly and helpful. I’ll be back again!
Dr. Malik was very informative, professional, thorough & nice.Lisa and the gentleman that checked me in were also great.Lisa, the optical department manager goes above and beyond when ordering contacts, glasses etc. She is nice and above all competent.
