My adventure with Dr Paul, my "miracle worker" dental surgeon, began several years ago after a year long nightmare with a different dental surgeon whom I will call "the butcher." I had gone to the butcher for a routine sinus lift on both sides. The butcher overpacked both sides with cadaver bone, penetrating both sides of the sinus cavity. When I complained that food was coming out of my nose and that I was in a great deal of pain, I was initially treated like a whiner and told to give it time. My journey started in June. I came to Dr. Paul feeling broken and defeated. I had two consultations with dental surgeons before seeing Dr. Paul and the consults made me feel like they only wanted the financial gain from the surgery. They had no interest in my overall satisfaction like my previous surgeon. They both suggested the “All on 4”. My previous surgery added to the complication of my case. I've been squeamish about the dentist since childhood. I cracked a wisdom tooth & have been dealing with increased pain. Stopped in Lemont on a Saturday to inquire about making an appointment for the following week & they took me right in. Had some X-rays & was given some meds to deal with the infected tooth. Dr Beata Dederowski was very friendly, explained what needed to be done & scheduled me for further treatment. The front desk receptionist, the lovely gal that took the X-rays, everyone at Lemont Dental was extremely pleasant. I'll be back soon to get the remaining dental work done that I've long dreaded.
