Called this company and came out on May 23, gave us a quote for mulching and edging. They said 3-4 weeks, I called several times and left a voicemail to get and idea of when we were on their schedule to come out. Never heard back, if they are not honoring their proposal they should just say so, instead of ignoring me. Other people in my neighbor hood wanted their phone number and I refuse to give it out. If they can afford to to lose business, good for them. Our project was not small and was in the thousands.Do your homework before getting a quote from this company. Now it's almost too late to find another company.
We were customers of this business for a year. This year when the mowing season started, they claimed they couldn't mow until the branches in our yard were picked up (they asked for an outrageously high additional fee to do it). We picked up the branches ourselves, which only took 15 minutes, and called to tell them they could come and mow. For weeks, they never showed, during which we left repeated messages (14 to be exact) to let us know when they would mow, or if they no longer wanted our business. We pleaded with them to at least let us know so we knew what to do. By this time our grass was over a foot high and we had to scramble to get a new service. Very poor customer service to say the least, not to mention being disrespectful to not even return a call!
I had a contract with them during the summer for grass cutting, trimming, cleanups, and mulch. They did an amazing job like always, most importantly they are a very communicative landscaping company when you need something done differently they listen to you and do it right away.Services: Yard work
