Royal Plumbing recently installed two new water heaters for me. One was leaking badly. It was a dual tank system and Danny immediately fixed it so we had a working water heater available in the interim. Two days later they installed a new dual water heater system. The plumbers, Danny and Larry were outstanding, they were nice people who worked hard and did a great job. The day after the install, my HVAC company was doing an annual system check-up and commented on what a professional job they did on the installation. He said the copper piping and soldering was “textbook perfect” and that Royal Plumbing’s recommendation on water heater brand was a great choice.... read full review

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dan from Royal Plumbing, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service provided. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the customer service was exceptional. Their secretary, Sherry, was friendly, professional, and accommodating.
Dan and his team arrived promptly and were incredibly courteous and respectful. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained any potential issues, and offered clear and practical solutions. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and his commitment to getting the job done right the first time.
We are 100% satisfied with the service provided by Royal Plumbing. The woman who answered the phone and the two gentlemen who provided the service were very friendly, kind, and professional. Our kitchen faucet had a slow leak, which initially seemed like a simple enough job for a do-it-yourself-er, until I got under the sink and noticed all the under-cabinet piping/drainage was fully corroded and needed to be replaced. The housing of the kitchen faucet was so corroded from 20+ years of Lemont water; I couldn’t get it off the sink. We asked them to install the replacement faucet and disposal since they were on-site.
