I have been been in the trades for over 40 years as a steamfitter. Before I retired I decided to start using other people to do work for me around my house as I deserved it and my knees were shot. Anthony is a life saver. He’s such a busy man and rightfully so! He came and took the time to examine and come up with a reasonable plan for some clogged pipes in our basement. At the same time, walked me through all the possibilities and was very thorough with his explanation! I’ve been dealing with this clog for months and nothing worked, wasted money on self plumbing projects. Anthony brought the big guns and cleared our pipes out and I have had no issues since. Called Rossi Plumbing this morning leaving a message explaining our hot water heater died late yesterday afternoon. Anthony Rossi called me back in about 15 minutes, quoted a very fair and reasonable price, and made time in today's work schedule to get our hot water service restored.I've met quite a few plumbers while working for 25 years in public works. Today as a customer, I want to share with you that the guys from Rossi Plumbing in Lemont exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, quickly sized up the job, got right to work, were done in a couple hours, cleaned up after themselves...and even hauled away the old water heater.
