I went to Momentum before spinal surgery for three months, then again after surgery for four months. I can easily say I am a different person now, I walk straight upright, and no longer use a cane. Mark and Patrick took great care of me, and I would not hesitate to recommend Momentum to anyone, great place, great people.

Mark Buchholz is a warm and caring physical therapist who provides individualized patient care in a welcoming environment. He is very knowledgeable and his patients really love him.
