i have a bungalow with a tile roof. the cement seam that holds the hip tiles was crumbling since it was probably about 100 yrs old. huebner roofing came out and took care of it. they seemed to do a meticulous job (as far as i can tell given my lack of knowledge on the subject). they roof looks good and no more tiles have slipped. i was happy with the result
