“I got married a couple weeks ago. I am living in Kentucky but we had our wedding in Illinois. The week leading up to our wedding I got my lashes done by someone in Kentucky. I asked for soft natural lashes but received chunky dramatic lashes. I asked her to fix them and she did but they still looked too dramatic for my liking. Feeling defeated I just accepted that I wouldn’t have the lashes I wanted for my big day. Two days before the wedding I started to lose my lashes in large clumps, to the point that I had less than 30% of my lashes. Beata went out of her way to figure out how to squeeze me into her busy schedule, spent time removing lashes and adding lashes to achieve my desired look. The whole time she made me feel heard, seen, and welcomed. After she spent hours to perfect my lashes I had to suppress happy tears when I saw her work. My lashes went from chunky and dramatic to soft and elegant. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they turned out! I felt ready to walk down the aisle! I can’t recommend going here enough. “Came here for the first time a few weeks ago since it has great reviews, and I am so happy I finally checked it out. Hetaal threaded and tinted my brows. I was nervous about the tinting since I had been wanting to try it but was unsure about it (I had never tinted them before) and she ensured me that I would be happy if I just tried. She started with a lighter shade in case I wasn’t totally happy with it so it would fade quicker. Needless to say, I was very happy with the result and I will definitely be back to get them threaded and tinted again. Price was very reasonable as well!“

On our first appointment she was very considerate on how I wanted my final look to be and had asked for inspiration photos. She then let me know what steps she was taking during the appointment and was very thoughtful and patient throughout the whole process.
