I worked with ComforTemp to install a replacement heat pump water heater at my house. I was thrilled with the knowledge and experience this company had with heat pumps, as some competitors were admittedly inexperienced with these units. Eric was quick to help and got me a detailed quote with exactly what I was looking for. Tim and Rob were the technicians who came out to the house to perform the work. The guys were awesome and extremely professional and provided a thorough and detailed install. Service rep was knowledgeable and found the problem very quickly. He made the proper repair. I felt the charges were reasonable. There was no attempt to upsell which I appreciated.
