Bel-O Cooling & Heating is definitely a 5 star company. They have top tier customer service. Everyone on their staff is very pleasant and helpful. Craig and Alex did duct cleaning the day before our HVAC system was installed. They did a great job on cleaning the ducts which was never done since the house was built. They did a great job on getting all the debris out of the duct system. Craig and Alex did a wonderful job on installing our Daikin HVAC system finishing earlier than promised. They are both very professional and knowledgeable. Alex explained the new system to us and actually stayed longer to be sure to answer all of our questions.... read full review

The rep that came out to look at installing a mini split in my garage was Cody. He was very thorough and looked at all the options for installing and was very informative with details. It was extremely helpful and great customer service.

I've been using Bel-O for my heating and cooling needs for over 15 years! All their service representatives are customer focused, technically proficient and very transparent when providing service. Kyle Baumgartner did a wonderful job of explaining what he was doing to our AC unit!
