Steve and his team helped my mom, Willa W., get her furnace working after a very stressful experience with a furnace installation company that failed to do their job properly. As her daughter, I had to step in to help my mom find a solution because everyone else gave her the runaround, coming and going without fixing the issue.

My mother-in-law Willa W. had the pleasure of working with Steve Polanski at Smart Move Home Comfort Solutions after receiving no help from the company that installed her furnace. Her furnace stopped working around Black Friday, and despite reaching out to the installer, the manufacturer of the furnace, and the company she pays for appliance coverage, no one was willing to assist her.
