Ray and Mike arrived for extermination services, and let me tell you—they didn’t just handle the job, they hunted it. I was beyond frustrated with a problem of constant fruit flies in my kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. We tried for two months to use every product out there to stop them. They would go away for a while and then come back. We dumped more expensive stuff down our drains, cleaned out drain pipes and they always came back. In tears and frustration I called Platinum. I got a call back right away and the technician was at my house in two hours. He was polite, professional and explained what he was doing and how long it would take for the fruit flies to be gone.
