This braid shop is unprofessional and will cancel your appointment 15minutes before your scheduled appointment time. I'm surprised there still in business. Don't waste your time and money going here. You'll truly be LIVID!!! To say the least

There was a lot of miscommunication on their end despite me booking the appointment 1 week in advance and the lady that did my hair did a very LAZY job. It’s not the length I wanted and the quality didn’t match the price. Would not recommend

DISCRIMINATION!!!! I stopped by this place with my 16 year old son. He was looking for someone to do two-strand twist on his hair. Walked in this place and the owner refused to even provide any kind of customer service. She was standing in the back yelling to the front that his hair wasn't long enough. I tried to show her and she still refused to even come up and look. Went to the braid shop in Homewood on Halsted and they immediately took him with no problem at all. First off don't discrimination based on how he looks. He's a 16 year old young man who's a student at Marian Catholic High School who was simply trying to have someone braid his hair.
