I was recommended by my neighbor to try her salon after I was turned away by another salon. I wanted to get my hair dyed lighter after dying it black myself during the summer and the 1st salon wasn't comfortable trying to do what I wanted. I called Crystal Rose and explained and the stylist told me to come in and we could do a test. We ended up deciding to bleach it all and then color the natural hair to try to match what the black turned. Maria really went above and beyond and I'm so happy with how my hair turned out. She even styled it before revealing the color and I looked like a totally different person which is what I was going for lol. New Year, New Me!

Called ahead to warn them about my daughter taking in my very uncooperative 2 year old grandson for a hair cut, they said no problem. They were were patient with him and were able to give him a decent haircut!

Rosy is the best she is the only person that doesn't disappoint in cutting my curly hair. I've been elsewhere to get a curly cut and has end up a nightmare and I go back to rosy to fix and she never disappoints. Other friends I've recommended can say the same thing !
