“Our family has been so happy with the lawn and weedwacking service of Tognarelli Lawn Care. Pete and his crew are hard working and a pleasure to do business with. We will use their services as long as they are in business. We have always done all the property needs here. Due to a family emergency, we could not keep up with it. So I wanted to stay locally to a small business. I called 9 businesses in IL and just over the WIS line. Pete called me back and we set apt and he came out we walked and talked about property and our needs here. . The next Monday became our day. It had rained so much, just a wet spring and early summer. Every time the crew came, most was underwater. They would do what ever they could. They always do a great job. Our mower completely done, no fixing it .. We still have the lawn service. It has been one less responsibility ( chore ) for us. We would highly recommend Tognarelli Lawn Care of Antioch, IL

“Martin and his team did an AMAZING job on my house along with my Brother in laws house. Martin was quick to give us an estimate on what we needed and the price was very fair compared to others. He had built me a pad for our shed and had a great idea to wrap it with dirt so my wife can plant flowers around the shed. He also build us a pad I needed and also another pad for my brother in laws house. Everything is straight as an arrow and level. Couldn't be happier with his work and attention to detail!! Were actually using him again to rip out our existing concrete patio and to lay pavers down with awesome ideas he had.I highly recommend Martin and his team for any hardscape/Landscape!! “We have lived in several homes in Chicagoland over the years. MC Landscaping has been taking care of our lawn and gardens for decades. Since working with this company I have never had to hire a landscape architect. Mr. Cordova is extremely knowledgeable about all IL plants, flowers and trees. He knows what will work where and he knows why. We once built a home on an empty lot, with a pool and spa. Without any other help MC Landscaping turned it into paradise with a stone retaining wall on one end of the pool and a beautiful pergola next to it. There were lovely walkways and paths around the property. His stonework is incredible. He installed beautiful trees and hundreds of plants and flowers. It looked like it had been there for years. My friends raved about my flower gardens. But, MC Landscaping, for all of their skill, experience and creativity, has always charged fair rates. As the president of a NFP I required several bids for work to be done on the grounds and he won the bid, with unanimous agreement from the board. The staff at MC Landscaping is top notch as well. They also bring the most amazing compost for my vegetable and flower gardens. Things have been growing like crazy. He even brings sand for my chicken run and stones for my duck run. That is dedication! Now that we have just moved away from IL I thought it was high time I wrote a review on this company, the owner with which I have such a wonderful rapport. “I must say we have used them twice now and they do the best job we have seen in a long time. They not only trim or cut down trees they are extremely good and cleaning up afterwards. Would recommend them to anybody. Pricing was very good as well.

“Sue did an incredible job on the 8 knives I brought to her. I chose her business based on reviews and recommendations. I dropped them off in the morning and after a few hours they were ready for me to pick up! The price was reasonable and it was my first time getting my knives serviced. It made quite a huge difference.. in fact I cut myself on them the first time I used it >.<“

The second project was to reconstruct the entryway to our home with a variety of pavers. He works in a timely manner and does excellent work. His crew always cleans up the site upon completion . “First of all, the gentleman's name is Tolo. This is the 2nd time we have used Herrera for our landscaping project. From the initial contact to completion was about a 7 days..max 10 days. Tolo communicated frequently and responded to my text message within two hours, most of the time 1 hour. I love their work and the crew has always been friendly and respectable. I highly recommend Herrera for any landscaping project. The key is to communicate and ensure you explain your vision. Tolo does make recommendations however, he is very respectful of the homeowners decisions. The work completed the first time was landscaping around the house, several trees mulched, and a beautiful stone walk way with complementing plants. Currently, he is regrading the back yard and constructing a timber retaining wall.“
