I took a pair of my favorite designer jeans to Smart Cleaners to be tapered and taken in quite a bit at the waist. I recently lost some weight and the pants no longer fit me :-( I was afraid that the alteration would compromise the original design of the pants, but I decided to be okay with whatever the outcome since I couldn't invest in another pair quite yet. To my surprise, the seamstress repaired them to fit me beautifully while maintaining the original look.... even the stitches looked exactly the same!!! I have known Mrs. Kim, the seamstress, for a number of years and have always taken all my difficult alterations to her....and she has NEVER disappointed...read full review
