I used Shake Guys to replace my cedar roof. They did a great job from start to finish. Max was the salesman I dealt with and he was a very good communicator, timely and very knowledgeable. I recommend them.

Ryan did an amazing job determining the source of our leak. He came out right aways and spent time listening to us and then helping solve our issue. This was some of the best customer service we've ever had. Shake Guys will be our go to for on going maintenance and for when the roof needs replacement.

Initial impression…not so much. Very ready to take initial Deposit but took a few weeks to schedule roof cleaning and repair. They decided unilaterally to clean only a portion of the whole roof. After some discussion, agreed to clean the whole roof, which they did beautifully. Next day they applied the roof treatment. They were very thorough and careful to prevent any roof sealer from getting on the brick/ foliage/ windows/ etc.. I have to give particular credit to Diego and Julio for their attention to detail and their conscious awareness of what is required for perfection…they provided it. I highly recommend Shake Guys for roof cleaning/ sealing.
