OnDeck did a great job with replacing our deck. Santo and his team were polite and professional. I had some specific requests for the construction that Phil easily accommodated. There was one small thing that got missed but they came back and fixed it right away. Overall the construction and design was great and a huge improvement over what we had before. The crew also went above and beyond during construction, fixing a bit of damaged siding we had with scrap they’d had from the project. Would recommend!
We were re-doing the patio right off our kitchen and were looking for a louvered pergola type structure to provide cover from sun and rain. As we wanted to make the most of our outdoor space, we wanted something that would create a “4-season room” like solution (although we did not want it to look like a 4-season room) that we could enjoy most of the year with fan, screens, lights and big enough for a large dining table to entertain, etc without added support columns. We were focused on design aesthetics that would integrate with our home style. Quality, durability etc were table stakes. I was really happy with my experience with OnDeck building a large deck, from the initial meeting through the end. The entire experience was positive and they did really great work. Everyone on the crew was very professional and polite. They set the right expectations at the beginning and completed the work right on budget and earlier than expected. I appreciated their deep knowledge of the products they use and their smart and creative recommendations on both design and color coordinating. They coordinated obtaining the required building permit and built the deck above and beyond the minimum requirements set by the village. Very smooth process and I highly recommend.
