“I came here for an Open MRI, as my hospital network didn't offer anything other than regular MRIs anywhere in my area. I'm mildly claustrophobic, and have a very hard time with the tubes. They were not in my insurance network, but offered a nice discount on the procedure instead. Julio was great all during my scan, as he checked constantly with me, worrying about my comfort. Besides being claustrophobic, I have a hearing disability, and couldn't wear my hearing aids during the MRI, which led to Julio having to develop a means of communication with me. He quickly came up with a solution that worked perfectly. All in all, a much better experience with no tubes at Open MRI.

And if you really want next-level relaxation, the heated amethyst bed will cure what ails you. It’s incredibly soothing and deeply restorative.

I also love that they offer after-hours rentals, which makes this a perfect spot for a get-together with friends or even a rejuvenating team meeting. I purchased one of their coupon books too, which was a great value and makes it easy to come back often. Highly recommend this gem in the NW suburbs.“

“Dr. Paul Guske didn’t just perform my weight loss surgery — he helped save my life. From the very beginning, he was kind, honest, and supportive. He took time to walk me through every step of the SADI surgery and made sure I felt confident and informed. I never felt like just another patient — he truly cared. A few days after my surgery, I developed a high fever and ended up back in the ER. Dr. Guske discovered a hole in the staple line of my stomach, which had caused fluid to leak into my abdominal wall. I was diagnosed with MRSA and in serious danger of becoming septic. Thanks to Dr. Guske’s quick action and expertise, I was treated in time. He placed a stent to help my stomach heal, and while those days in the hospital were some of the hardest I’ve ever faced, Dr. Guske was there every step of the way.
