All of the staff here are amazing. I primarily had interactions with Mehak and she helped get authorization for my test! Julio was my MRI Tech and he was amazing. I had a few “hiccups” (It was me, not him! Lol) during the test and he was gracious and we completed the test. I would highly recommend getting your diagnostic testing completed there! Thank you everyone!

I can’t speak highly enough of Lake Zürich Open MRI. Dr. Safvi is very relatable, professional, and thorough. Julio is the best tech I’ve ever encountered hands-down. You will not feel the needle! The Front Desk staff is professional, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this place for any test you might need to get!
