I had to have a water heater replaced a few months ago. When Casey came over to do the inspection and gave me the quotes, I was pleasantly surprised that he wasn't salesy at all. He laid out the options in a very clear way, set the right expectations, and gave me time to think them over. I was fed up with other plumbing companies trying to sell me upgrades I didn't need. One of them even tried to sell me a subscription plan! So I ended up going with one of Casey's recommendations and they were very professional with the work. They cleaned up the basement and I didn't have any concerns.
Louie arrived on time and efficiently fixed our downstairs bathroom sink and our kitchen garbage disposal/sink. He explained everything patiently and in a way that I could understand what work was needed.
Top Notch service. From the initial call with our plumbing problem, to the great communication with Gianna setting up the time for the techs to come out, and the techs that came out to our house Casey and Louie explaining in detail what they were doing and keeping me updated. Great company to work with and quick responses!!
