Meh. My biggest complaint is how FILTHY this place is. I have been going for over a year because it's close to my home and it just gets dirtier and dirtier. In fact, I cannot think of a grosser public place except maybe the Sheridan Red Line stop. When you own the only tanning salon in the town, maybe HIRE A CLEANING SERVICE TO COME IN REGULARLY AND CLEAN. The other negative is that they are not always open when they say they will be, so it wouldn't hurt to call ahead and confirm they're open before you go. Lauren is really friendly and helpful. The other young women who work there give vibes ranging from ennui to annoyance. Mostly it's just SO dirty.

I enjoy tanning and have spent 12 years going to NB location, which is always clean. I've moved closer to LZ, i find it big, staff is friendly how not very clean. Floors are fill of spilled marks, rugs r dirty and vaccumming probably never done. They really need to clean.

I was there for Customer Appreciation day. The attendant Lauren, was left there BY HERSELF, and of course there was a huge end-of-day rush. She did a great job of getting everyone taken care of, efficiently and with a smile. Kudos on a job well done!Service: Tanning
