Please do not work with Ron Kelley. He took nearly $7K from me in pre-payment for work he never completed (work in Q1 2020). I had to file a lawsuit against his LLC in State of Illinois and won the case, but only to learn that he and his wife had dissolved the LLC to avoid having to pay back my losses. Please be cautious when thinking about using this business for any of your construction needs. Unfortunately I have completed about $10,000+ worth of work for this company and have yet to be paid (work completed Sept. 2019). I have approached this company very respectfully on multiple occasions, to which I either get an excuse or just simply ignored. Unfortunately losing out on $10,000 is a pretty large hardship - I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.
