“We called a few nights ago and we also left a note (contact us from their website). They then called back promptly the next morning and my husband spoke to a guy who said they could come out that day. Then a lady from their office said they would be out between 2-3pm. When that time came closer they called again to say the guy was held up at another job and would be there between 4-6:30pm. We said fine, and sure enough Tyler arrived before 5pm. He checked out the whole system and found a capacitor on the compressor that needed to be replaced. Upon doing that he found that the fan motor was not functioning properly. He tried to replace it with what he had on the truck but unfortunately that one was also broken. He gave us a choice, he could drive to pick up a used one or we could wait till the next day and get a new one. I chose to wait on the new one. He told us no problem , he would let his boss know our decision. Tyler unfortunately would not be the person coming back but they would send another guy. We told Tyler we were sorry it would not be him coming back but we appreciated him staying so late. He was very kind and considerate and he was willing to do anything extra. Day two Austin came out and he completed the job. He also did some cleaning of the unit and it felt amazing having that cold air coming thru the vents. We felt the pricing was fair and the job was completed as promised. It was nice using a smaller local place over some giant who wouldn't know our name or what we had done. Many times you get lost in the shuffle of the big stores. We would definitely use them again and thank you again Tyler and Austin.“
