It turns out that because the unit was old, it wasn't worth the cost to attempt further repair with the possibility of further repairs needed. “Got a new unit 3 years ago when our a/c went out during a 90 degree week. They were awesome! Then this past month the a/c blew hot air. After a not so positive appointment with a technician, our A/c again blew hot air.
They sent out Austen! WOW. Not only did the owner not charge us for the unfortunate experience, but then they sent out the rolls Royce of technicians to make sure it was actually going to get fixed correctly! There was some damage to our wall from the last technician and Austen took pics of it so his manager John could see it and come up with a resolution. These guys do what they say they will do. They stand by their work, and they fix issues if they arise. I love a company that owns their mistakes and resolves them. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. These guys are the real deal.
