Green Scene Lawn and Pest Control

I have been with green drop, now green scene for many years with no issues. Until last year. I had to call them because the last services in my yearly package of grub control, aeration, and over seeding were not completed. Those two services are $300. I called they never returned any calls or responded to me asking for a refund. I have canceled service for next year. They said OK, no I'm sorry or I'll try to get you some money back, nothing.. I do not reccomend.

This company is the worst! Last year I tried canceling my.service because no one answers the phone and the voicemail is full where you can't leave a message. The service was awful. Now a YEAR later today I received a bill for a lawn treatment they said they did last November. I called today only to get yelled at and hung up on me. They did not treat my.lawn and they threatened to turn.me over to collections. I paid the bill today. I am 72 years old and can say I've never been treated so badly. The customer service is completely awful! How can you.cancel when no one answers the phone and.voicemail.full? This is the.worst company i have ever dealt with.
