Made my PC build so much easier!! I purchased all new parts for my PC and after I installed it, PC wouldn't start up anymore. After a week I called here and a guy came out in about 15min he found the problem I had seated something incorrectly and boom it was up and going they stayed a bit extra to make sure each part was running and intended. Will call again for any of my PC repairs.

Karthik has been responsive, communicating quickly and on-time in each of three on-site appointments. He quickly addressed all my computer issues as they have arisen, including the major one - replacing a "wiped out" hard drive with full data restoration. Listening well and patient with each of my questions and concerns, he has systematically resolved every one.
