“The first time experience from beginning to end was high quality, professional and pleasant including booking online and all the communication up until the appointment. The waiting room is a classy, relaxing, spa like aesthetic with a modern decor. There’s chill music playing, calm lighting, a drink frig, and sink for washing hands. I checked in with a QR code while waiting. A few minutes later I was kindly greeted and walked into the office area. I was impressed by the cordial and courteous service. I was easily able to lay back and relax. The nose and ear hair removal procedure was quick and painless but I was also impressed by how organized, clean and professional the office looked. I left feeling like I could easily be coming back here and recommend my friends and family. This is a fairly new company but I can see this having franchise potential.“

“Booked a salt cave experience for one hour. The entrance is tucked away in the strip mall so you have to hunt to find it. Once you're in to the location, it is welcoming. Lots of sale items before you get to the counter. We were shown the changing area. Lockers are available to store your personal belongings. We then went to the salt cave. You can wear your shoes up to the entrance. Anti gravity chairs are in the cave. It is very cold. Blankets are provided. Zen out for the time you have booked!“

“Mary has been doing my nails for awhile now. She is always on time , professional, the place is spotless. She takes her time , listens to what you want & your nails always look amazing! I have gotten my nails done by other nail techs ( not at her shop) & those nails always chip & the manicures hurt. Not when Mary does it. She is so gentle & so detailed!
