Uniphi MMA and Fitness

With the Lindenhurst Lake Forest health and fitness closing last December, I was looking for a new gym to join. I checked out a lot of places but wanted to try something new and different. I have never been big on going to classes but Norse is way more than a class, it is a family. Joining Norse and working with coach Kurt is exactly what I needed. Kurt takes time to show you each move but also watches to make sure you are executing it properly. He takes his time to assist until you perfect it! I cannot say enough about what this place means to me. If that isn’t enough to get you in here, he also offers a free week to come check the place out to see if you like it!
