“Booked a salt cave experience for one hour. The entrance is tucked away in the strip mall so you have to hunt to find it. Once you're in to the location, it is welcoming. Lots of sale items before you get to the counter. We were shown the changing area. Lockers are available to store your personal belongings. We then went to the salt cave. You can wear your shoes up to the entrance. Anti gravity chairs are in the cave. It is very cold. Blankets are provided. Zen out for the time you have booked!“

“I had an appointment at 6:30pm. I was called by the salon to reschedule my appointment to 4:30pm. I agreed. I got there at 4:25pm just to be told 20min after they had double booked the slot. They "thought" I canceled my appointment. The lady at the front desk just continued to look at me, not the other person who was doubled book but me. One of us had to offer to wait or reschedule. I'm not upset at the mistake, but the behavior and body language from the front staff towards myself. I'm very disappointed I was expected to accommodate myself a second time for the establishment. The nail technician apologized once I showed proof of my appointment, but it shouldn't have gotten that far.

They have good staff, but their scheduling team is not good. Their website is not friendly, either.“

“I never cared about my hair and would just get it cut wherever whenever was convenient. That was until I received a string of bad haircuts. Nothing gives you low confidence in everyday interactions like getting a mid-evil (medieval) page haircut that makes you look like you scoop manure in the stables. Then I met Vanessa. I’m not a guy who talks about hair, but when you get compliments all the time it changes you. Find a Tricoci and find yourself a Vanessa.“

“I haven’t had a pedicure in over 10 years, because the last time I had one done, the nail technician (not here!) was really rough on my feet & it hurt. The older lady who did my pedicure here was very gentle! And they have a whole wall of “regular” nail polish, so if you don’t want gels or acrylics, that’s fine.

I will likely be back with my daughter!“
