“Today, I had an incredible appointment. I booked a massage at a place in Grayslake called the Center of Serenity with Dina Becker Massage Therapy & Esthetics owner. I will tell you this, IT WAS THE MOST INCREDIBLE thing I could have done in the form of self care for myself. Many people say it is not a need, I am here to attest that it most certainly is. Being stressed empties your cup and daily obligations drain your cup. If you cup is empty YOU CAN NOT BE who you are meant to be. You can not function to your true potential with an empty vessel.When I left there, I felt so relaxed and grounded. I choose the 90 min Rain Drop Method. There are others you can choose from as well. I CAN SAY it was incredible. I feel amazing and recharged.I want you all to know this is an unsolicited review, and I wanted to do this because I know many of you out there are in the same boat I was feeling overwhelmed overworked and stressed, and overwhelmed for many reasons and also just the holiday stress in general.
