Had severe storm damage to our home on May 2nd - in excess of $50k in damages. Pondering who to call, my husband suggested we contact Modern Contractors who had done great work for us in the past. Brian was here when the insurance adjustor came to inspect the house. He was able to answer her questions as well as point some things out that he had noticed. We had a check to start repairs that same day and Brian was already moving on lining up ways to give our job top priority. Our house looks fantastic - work was done quickly and professionally - any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and we are done while others in the neighborhood are still waiting for repairs to begin. I found Brian by seeing other work he has done in my area. Brian is incredibly personable and I enjoyed working with him throughout the entire process. I had a vision in my head and Brian helped me pull it together by providing the right suggestions but didn't push any agenda on me. My project evolved over time and Brian was always willing to alter. All of the people Brian had at my home from the windows, siding, painters, garage, gutters and drywalling were professional and easy to be around. Any time there were issues which are bound to happen, Brian always was quick to address and ensured a high level of customer satisfaction. I look forward to working on my next project with him soon!
