“Chase Martin came out on a Sunday for an emergency call on one of the hottest weekends of the 2023 summer. He found that the blower on the furnace had failed. Being a holiday weekend, the part could not be found until Tuesday. Chase gave me ideas on how to keep the house cool and carried my very heavy dehumidifier up the stairs to help my living room feel cooler. He was conscientious, kind and apologetic that he couldn't help me right away.“

“Since we moved into our house back in 2019, we have had our fair share of A/C and Heating problems. Every year there was always something wrong with our unit. Last week the same thing happened and this time it would not even turned on... It was 90+ degrees outside. He came in super early in the morning and worked all day to get this done for us. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase even registering the units on our behalf to make sure that we would take advantage of the full 10 years manufacturers warranty.
