“I recently had 2 interviews which seemed like they went really well, I was told after the 2nd interview that I'd hear back in a couple days, after no response I waited 5 business days and made a follow-up call. There was no answer so I left a detailed voicemail. I got no response so I called again in a few days and I got ahold of Troy Green, he proceeds to tell me to call back in 20 mins so I did and no answer. I'm thinking he just got busy so I called around the end of the that day and he flushed me to voicemail and sent me an auto-mated message that said I'm in a meeting, i will text you later and yet again no response. So most people might have given up at this point, but I was always taught when you want something go for it. So I swallowed my pride and decided to go into the office to at least get some closure. I spoke to Crystal Butler the Human Resources Manager and told her about the situation and she said didn't know much about it and that she would get back to me if not by the end of that day then the next for sure. I never received a phone call or email nothing. I was really excited about the opportunity to work with such a good reputable company but that was replaced with a bad taste in my mouth about how unprofessional and just morally wrong this company was to me. All either one had to say was that we went with a different candidate or I wasn't the right fit for the job etc. I understand sometimes that's the case but to blow me off the way they did wasn't right. Now if I'm ever asked about this company unfortunately I'm not going to have the best things to say about them. They pride themselves on being a family owned company that's a good place to work but can't even respond to a applicant that had 2 interviews and made several follow-ups and not just not respond but I was lied to by 2 of their upper management. And i really liked Troy and Crystal after our meetings I guess that was I'm so surprised.“

All I needed was an A/C checkup, but I was so disappointed with previous companies (often conflicting) work that I was hesitant. With Beckman, scheduling was easy. “20+ HVAC system went out - which was not unexpected - with a bad blower motor late in the middle of a Friday night (typical). Dave picked up the phone that night and he could have come right away but there was no part readily available. He did come the very next day after wholesale distributors opened. He replaced the motor quite inexpensively as he did not inflate the cost of the part as others do. He also replaced the control board as it was falling apart - another known problem. The bottomline is, that our unit has had a significant lifetime extension at a fraction of cost compared to other HVAC companies; a fraction close to 75%. Any homeowner in the area that doesn't like to be taken advantage by the typical HVAC companies out there should give this Navy Vet guy a call. A firm handshake and no bull* talk is worth more to your wallet and your peace of mind than fancy websites and empty phone call niceties.“

“I had them out to quote moving a garage heater to a new location on the ceiling. They came out on a Monday morning to quote the work and then did the work on Friday. Everything went smoothly. It was a new house to me and they took the time to answer some questions about the systems that were in place. I will use them in the future.“

Recently encountered an electrical issue due to a power surge….various outlets replaced, whole home surge protector installed at the breaker and Manny provided excellent guidance in communicating to ComEd to ensure they came out and properly checked their lines and the panel (once Manny determined the issue was not occurring from inside).
