Please do not rent from this guy! He is a liar and a theft!!! He gave us fake keys of a property he had for rent after signing the contract and to top it off we found out a day before moving that we would be sharing the house with two guys. Not once did he mention anything. He refuses to give me my money back claims that i “broke” the contract but again in the contract he did not state we would share the house.

This guy is a liar and a theft he tried renting me a house without telling me two guys were living in the same house. When he showed us the property he made sure the window was covered with a black bag so we wouldn't see he build an "apartment" for these guys. He also gave us fake keys to the house . I reached out to him to return my deposit and he comes back saying i "broke" the contract. Mind you in the contract it does not say we were sharing house. It's definitely bs!!

Horrible!! He came out, assessed, we agreed on a price, and that work would start the next week. I heard nothing, so I called and he said he would start the following week (today). Text (not called) me AFTER he was supposed to show saying it was too wet and he'll come tomorrow. Really? That's how we do business? I text back that I had plans...no response. I then text that I'll find someone else, and he responded, "Ok". Really?
