I was referred by the owner of Batteries Plus in Gurnee. Moe was wonderful and really went beyond customer service to help me! He was very caring and supportive and worked fast and was very professional. He kept me informed and gave me lots of guidance and I can't thank him enough for helping me thru dire circumstances.

If you’re shopping around for the cheapest, quickest, and best phone repair stop looking because this is 100% it. Break phone screens all the time and I will only come in to have my phone repaired here. The quality of work is absolutely flawless, and the prices are so fair. Every time I’ve gone in I spent less than 20 minutes total. The staff is phenomenal and will most definitely be bringing my new phone in once I crack it!
