“Mr. G and his guys are awesome. They did 3 boys 10 and under in less than an hour. They let the boys pick their styles and show the barbers. They were really great with the little boys and super patient!

The shop is super nice and has a great barber shop vibe. The pricing wasn't bad either and I would much rather pay 20 per kid than go to like a super cuts.

“I followed Alissa from her former location . She does the best fades! When I moved out to the suburbs from the city I had a hard time finding a great stylist / barber until Alyssa! When I found out she was no longer at Floyd’s I freaked out and just shaved my head at home. So it’s grown out all fuzzy for the last 2 months until I found her. She was able to get some shape back in my hair ( as she always says “ Hair is an illusion) and get my fade done proper. I’m looking forward to growing the top out again and having her back in charge of my hair again.

“George is an absolute gentleman. He runs his part-time business out of the front room of his home. He was so very thoughtful and professional in giving my 14 month old son is very first haircut. George's approach to the haircut was all about giving my son a very positive experience unless about giving him a Michigan Avenue Salon cut. The approach made perfect sense to me, my son had a wonderful time sitting in my lap for his first haircut. George was so gentle, so professional and so grandfatherly that my baby boy really enjoyed his first haircut. Not a tear was shed George's dog even comes visits customers but only before and after the appointment. During the cut the dog disappears. It was actually pretty impressive. The only reason it's getting four instead of five stars is that I hope it would be a cleaner Barber shop. We will be back, and I hope others will visit George as well.“

“I went in with 4 of my boys (3 of them r 5 n under)not knowing they closed at 4, literally 10 min before closing, so I was that customer. The ladies there still took us. Didn’t complain about the time and the service was phenomenal. They made my littles so comfortable. “I booked a 12:30 appointment with Veronica to get my hair colored. I went in with pretty damaged hair and asked if she could help me. She did a wonderful job I couldn’t have looked better when I left. I have thick track black hair and wanted a light brown all with highlights and it came out better than i imagined. She was very patient and accommodating to what I asked for. I’ve been going to Veronica for 10 years and I would never go to anyone else she always leaves my hair exactly how I want it when I leave.“
