My front load washer which is 11 years old started to leak in the back. I was ready to buy a new one due to age but saw John's info on HOA site and decided to see what he said before buying a new one. John got back to me right away and came to my house with part in hand. Fixed the problem quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Glad I contacted John before making the purchase and will definitely have his number handy for future needs.

I think I found a good one. My oven would not heat up. I called J Starke Appliance Repair at 9am. Left a message. John returned my call at 10:30 am. We discussed the issue. He was at my house at 1:00pm same day. Diagnosed the problem to be the oven ignighter. Replaced it with a new one that he had in his stock vehicle. About 30 minutes later, the oven was working again. Had J. Starke Appliance Repair come out to Huntley today and repair my microwave that stopped working. Called yesterday and he was here this morning. Great service! Highly recommend!
