Invisible Fence is the best. I have been a customer for twenty years. My dogs enjoy the system at four addresses. At one point I had four cats on the system. Great all atound experience.

Marci from Invisible Fence of Northwest Illinois is a gem. She trained our two jack russell pups really well and is right there if you have any questions. I needed a new battery for one of the collars and she was at my door in five minutes with a new one since she was in the area. Really great service and very much appreciated.

Austin from Invisible Fence went above & beyond with communication and service. He was considerate of the time he spent working on our costly unexpected repairs we needed after our move into a new home with an existing in Invisible Fence was not in working order.He asked fantastic questions to clarify my expectations, and ensured he could and would do everything we needed to keep our dogs safe in their new boundary. Although he had to be the bare of bad news, he focused on what the end goal was (a fixed, working fence) and what he could do to keep our animals safe without and extra trip cost.
