“It’s not easy to find an exotic vet, let alone one that is close to where you live. Dr. Weber and the staff were so wonderful and compassionate. We brought our baby slider, Cinnamon, and they really took the time to make sure she was fully evaluated and cared for. Dr. Weber provided so many helpful resources and the staff were so welcoming and kind. Everyone made sure we had all the tools and resources to help get our little Cinnamon recover. We feel so relieved to know that we have found such a wonderful practice to entrust our reptile babies at!“

“I have been going to this vet for 10 years. The staff are friendly and helpful. The building, with its updates, is clean and has a modern look. I absolutely love Dr. Bannow. She has been wonderful with all of the issues both of my dogs have had, such as cancer and arthritis. Dr. Bannow is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. She takes the time to explain everything. She is conservative and doesn't push extra stuff either. Additionally, Dr. Bannow is professional yet extremely personable. She really cares for you and your pet. I highly recommend her. I wouldn't go anywhere else. In fact, I drive 45 minutes just to see Dr. Bannow.“

“Dr. Levine is a dream come true and every single one of the staff here is an absolute angel. I absolutely cried when I moved when I realized I would have to give up this office. I have two sphynx brothers who love going here and would happily visit every day if not for the fact that they hate car rides. Don't let the minor prepayment for your new patient appointment scare you off. I like the fact that the office does everything in their power to ensure that appointments are kept so that they don't have to rush when you are scheduled like human doctors do! Beyond that, their fees are very reasonable and they never shamed me for needing a price estimate up front because of my financial situation. As for their treatment of my boys, you would have thought they were royalty! They treated my two little princes so gently and were so doting that they had a great time every single time we went. Even when my tiny heathens were behaving like scoundrels (walking across laptops, demanding treats, being little piggies when they *were* giving treats, etc), Dr. Levine and her team were incredibly patient. I could also text with questions and pictures! In fact, I'll probably keep the latter up after I move ;) Take your pet(s) here. Especially your cats. I've used "cats only" vets and even those can't compare to Dr. Levine. I can't say enough good things about the whole place.“

I felt that they were as concerned as I was about the well-being of my cat, despite the area, the prices are not exaggerated, I feel that their costs are very good. “I just had to write a review of Countryside Animal Clinic, because they have given the most incredible care to all of my pets. My 10 year old French bulldog, Bruno, recently became very ill. We had to make the decision to put him down as he was starting to have seizures and decline quickly. Mary, Countryside's manager, got us in quickly. It was a tough situation as I was flying back in from out of town. Having to do something like this with your beloved pet is so, so difficult. The staff at Countryside, from Naomi at the front desk, from the gentle care from Dr. Mary Hannah and to the love of Bruno from vet tech Chris, made what could have been the worst life experience much more bearable. They treated Bruno with so much love and respect. Dr. Hannah was SO kind in how she spoke to Bruno gently and lovingly. This was so calming and reassuring for me and Bruno. Chris held and hugged Bruno giving him little treats with tears in her eyes. Countryside REALLY loved my dog. I also can't forget to mention Dr. Malitz and all the other amazing stuff there. They literally have no turnover of staff which speaks volumes! I have had a rough couple of months and have sent countless emails and made many phone calls out of concern, and they were always kind, patient and helpful.
