Agnes is an outstanding Pilates Instructor and has deep experience in body mechanics. She is knows just how hard and far to push the workout. I always feel better, more aligned and full of energy after a session.
I discovered Pilates of Lake Forest a few months ago. After suffering a hip injury and being nervous to venture into pilates after many months in PT, I came across pilates of lake forest and Agnes. She has been a true blessing. Not only is she knowledgeable, personable and encouraging, her teaching is effective, straight forward, and individualized. I always look forward to my sessions and I always leave feeling stronger, taller and more confident. Her cueing is perfect to allow me to activate the right muscle groups rather than over compensating with the wrong ones. This is how I know she is teaching correctly.
