The physician had an arrogance about him. Poor bedside manner and recommended me seeing a therapist for emotional issues. I was not there for emotional issues, nor should someone recommend that the first time meeting someone. I did have complications from a traumatic birth but all I needed was a plan for repairing those issues. After examining me, he stated “get a box of tissues, you’re not going to like what I have to say”, and then recommend some therapist. I was in shock because I wasn’t even crying or sad during our visit. Couldn’t wait to get out of there, left crying and felt insulted. Doctor is very good and knowledgeable. Staff is horrible. It took days before they could schedule an appointment. Office staff is just not professional. They do not know how to check emails, computers do not work they say and they mix up the appointments.
