I called this group in the morning and was told the "technician" would arrive between 12-1 and would call before hand.I called at 11:30 inquiring when the technician would arrive. The women on the phone said he's running late and would call me shortly after 12pm. No call.So, I called back and was told he's running late and could be at my house between 4-5pm.I called at 4pm, and was told the technician won't be coming to my house today.I was speaking with some totally unprofessional inexperienced customer service person (not sure what his role there is) who wouldn't tell me anyone's name - or how to contact a manager.Unfortunately, the manager and owner "Mr. Peter's"...read full review

The women on the phone said he's running late and would call me shortly after 12pm. No call. So, I called back and was told he's running late and could be at my house between 4-5pm. I called at 4pm, and was told the technician won't be coming to my house today. I was speaking with some totally unprofessional inexperienced customer service person (not sure what his role there is) who wouldn't tell me anyone's name - or how to contact a manager. Unfortunately, the manager and owner "Mr. Peter's" (not sure if he's real) are leaving a bunch of people who are inexperienced to man his business. If you like being lied to, which no accountability then this is your place! Hands down! Good luck with this one.
