I recently had my nail gun serviced, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The service was incredibly fast, and my tool was returned in pristine condition, fully ready for the job. The people on site were super professional, efficient, and they clearly take pride in their work. I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of tool repairs. Great job, guys!

I called the number on the back of one of our Paslode Framing nailers at work. Wes from ITW answered the phone and walked me through the troubleshooting steps. I could not get the nailers to function so he had me send them to the service center. Wes called to inform me that he had them working but due to lack of maintenance, he recommended the cleaning and repair service they offer. He also sent me the maintenance videos to help our team keep all our nailers operating. Wes was professional and very helpful! After having 2 of our nailers serviced they are working great.
